- HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER?
Before we can start to work on your order, please confirm it in writing (preferably in email) with an official purchase order number.
We will then send you an order confirmation with the prices and product specification. Please make sure you check these details for any errors or anything missing on your order. If there are any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01482 323235.
- DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, we will ask you to sign for your goods when we deliver them. If you spot any errors, damages or shortfalls with the order, please contact us within three working days.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order before production has started, but if you cancel after production has started, then we’ll have to charge you in full.
- DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, if all or part of your order is defective during the warranty period, then you can return it to us, and we’ll repair or replace it for you.
Please let us know in writing as soon as possible if your order is defective under your warranty and you need to return it.
